Your body can help tell you what it needs to stay healthy. Listen to your body and think of three things that help you stay healthy and strong (especially in school). Write about these three things and explain how they can help.
1. Zone Check-In: I am feeling _______. I am in the _______ zone. I need to use _______skill/tool to move to the GREEN zone.
2. Glue the Zones of Regulation Zone Tools chart into your journal. Complete the chart with as many Tools/Skills as you can. Remember a time when you stood up for yourself or someone else. Where were you, and what did you stand up for? Think of the things in your life that are important to you and how you stand up for your beliefs. Write your reflections.
1. Tape or glue the Zones of Regulation Chart in your Journal.
2. Reflect on what Zone you are in right now. 3. Write a reflection about your Zone. If you are in the blue, yellow or red Zone, what might you do to move to the green Zone. How is your Zone helping you focus on school? How is your Zone getting in the way of school? What else can you say about your Zone? |
