Your body can help tell you what it needs to stay healthy. Listen to your body and think of three things that help you stay healthy and strong (especially in school). Write about these three things and explain how they can help.
Remember a time when you stood up for yourself or someone else. Where were you, and what did you stand up for? Think of the things in your life that are important to you and how you stand up for your beliefs. Write your reflections.
Notice what you are thinking about right now. Now notice how these thoughts make you feel. Can you change the channel in your mind and think different thoughts? Try changing the channel three times. Notice how the different thoughts make you feel and write about them in your journal.
Imagine yourself sitting on a large warm rock. on the top of a mountain. It is a beautiful day and you can see for miles. Describe where you are and what you can see.
